→ or hybrid (combining both as needed).

The format depends on:

→ and practical constraints (geography, time zones, discretion needs).

Protected space

Regardless of format, the working space is:

→ confidential– nothing discussed leaves the space without your explicit consent,

→ neutral– no judgment, no moralising, no hidden agendas,

→ focused– time is used efficiently, on what matters most.

For people in exposed roles (executives, public figures, professionals in sensitive positions), I offer additional discretion measures as needed.
